General Information

Airport Transfers

Each terminal has its own sheltered taxi rank with supervisors on hand in peak hours to ensure a smooth flow of taxis for travellers.

Kerbside supervisors can also organise taxis with baby capsules, wheelchair access, 5 seaters, station wagons for extra baggage, and maxi-taxis for groups. You can expect to pay around $25 to or from Sydney Airport. Remember, passengers pay for any bridge or road tolls on top of the fare (these fares are in Australian dollars and are based on non-peak traffic conditions).

Catering

Morning and afternoon teas, lunches and the Welcome Reception are included in the registration fee. They will be served in the Level 2 Lobby each day. Name badges must be worn to enter this area.

Dietary and Mobility Needs

Should you require any special assistance, catering or mobility requirements, please include a notation on the online registration form.

Exhibition

An Exhibition will be held in conjunction with the 31st Annual Meeting of the Australian Dermatopathology Society.

The Exhibition will be held in the Level 2 Lobby of the Hilton Sydney. The morning, afternoon teas and lunches will be served in this area.

As a visitor you will have the advantage of secure, undercover, accessible parking for more than 1600 motor vehicles, 24 hours a day.
