Rooms have been reserved for ANZCHOG registrants at special ASM rates at the following properties . Accommodation bookings for the following rates can only be booked through SAPMEA Meetings Management.  To secure your booking you are required to provide; full prepayment or credit card details to guarantee the booking, which will be forwarded to the hotel of your choice. Availability of Accommodation cannot be guaranteed after Friday 30th July 2010.

Rates quoted are per night per room for up to 2 people using existing bedding.  They include GST and do not include Breakfast.

Sheraton on the Park – 5 star rating
	161 Elizabeth Street, Sydney ANZCHOG ASM venue $245.00 King City Side Guestroom (pictured) Cancellations: Bookings cancelled prior to Friday 30th July 2010 will incur a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation. Bookings cancelled or nights reduced on or after Friday 30th July 2010 will be non refundable.
Park Regis City Centre – 3.5 star rating
	Cnr Park & Castlereagh Sts, Sydney 6 minute walk to Congress venue $150.00 Premier Double Room (pictured) $150.00 Premier Twin Room Cancellations: Bookings cancelled or nights reduced on or after Friday 30th July 2010 will be non refundable

Check-in: 3.00pm – 6.00pm*
Check-out : 10.00am
*Whilst the hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate access to you room, you will need to pay an extra day’s tariff for the night before.  Please indicate if you will be arriving at your hotel after 6:00pm.  Failure to do so might mean your room could be released.
