Rooms have been reserved for APCAB & ICCB registrants at special conference rates at the following properties. Accommodation bookings for the following rates can only be booked through sapro. To secure your booking you are required to provide credit card details or full prepayment of accommodation which will be given to the hotel of your choice. Availability of accommodation cannot be guaranteed after Wednesday 6th June unless sold out prior to this date.

Rates quoted are per room per night for up to 2 people using existing bedding (unless otherwise indicated). Rates include GST and do not include Breakfast (unless otherwise stated).

Stamford Plaza Adelaide –

150 North Terrace, Adelaide – 6 minute walk to Conference venue

The Stamford Plaza Adelaide hotel features three restaurants and two bars with regular live entertainment. Also available is 24 hour in-room dining. Recreational facilities include a rooftop-heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and gymnasium as well as a gaming lounge and nightclub.

This 1920s landmark hotel offers a wide range of facilities including guest laundry, car parking, restaurant, beauty salon and bar. Mercure Grosvenor is a unique property, offering a variety of room types to fit the needs of all travellers. For the budget conscious there are Economy rooms which are a 3 star rating. These are a compact room with small ensuite, modern yet basic and at the rear of the building. For the business, convention and leisure traveller the hotel also features 4 star Standard and Deluxe rooms.

Royal Adelaide Hospital Residential Wing – Budget

North Terrace, Adelaide – 19 minute walk to Congress venue

The Board of Management, Royal Adelaide Hospital, has made rooms available in the Residential Wing for public use. A large community lounge, kitchen, bathroom and laundry available on your floor. All these facilities are shared by male and female guests. The ensuite rooms accommodate up to 4 people, and consist of 2 bedrooms, toilet/shower facilities, small lounge/dining area with television, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Early and Late Check-in

The check-in and out times for your hotel will be displayed on your confirmation letter. If you wish to be guaranteed earlier access to your room, you will need to make your booking from the night before.
Please indicate if you will be arriving at your hotel after 6.00pm. Failure to do so may mean your room will be released.

Change or cancellation of Booking

Due to the nature of group bookings any booking changes or cancellations must be made in writing to sapro and NOT directly to the hotel.
