Abstract Submission Guidelines
Deadline for abstract submission: 16th March 2012
PLEASE NOTE:
For late poster abstract submissions please contact the Conference Secretariat
Proposals are invited for the following:
- Papers : 10 or 15 min presentations with questions at completion of session (The Scientific Committee has the option to extend the presentation time should the subject and program allow)
- Posters: Maximum poster size: vertical 100cm (39inches) x horizontal 120cm (47inches). All posters must be put up in the designated area by Wednesday 6th June between 7.30 and 10.30am.
The abstract should specify which of the following categories best describes its content:
- Viral diagnostics
- Vector borne diseases
- Influenza and other respiratory viruses
- Blood borne viruses
- Emerging and zoonotic infections
- Diarrhoeal diseases
- Prevention and control of viral infections
- Pathogenesis and immunology
- Other virus infections
Please Note:
You must register and pay for the Congress prior to your submission as you will be asked to provide your registration order number during your submission.
Abstracts notifications will be sent out via email by 25th April 2012.
