One and Two bedroom apartments include full kitchen and laundry facilities. Guests have access to a host of leisure amenities, as well as broadband Internet access and room service. Other facilities include an indoor heated lap pool, sauna, spa, plunge pool, gym, steam room and a licensed cafe.

Breakfast price: A simple breakfast: toast, eggs, tea or coffee is served in Aroma Café at $15 per person.

Mercure Grosvenor

This 1920s landmark hotel offers a wide range of facilities including guest laundry, car parking, restaurant, beauty salon and bar. Mercure Grosvenor is a unique property, offering a variety of room types to fit the needs of all travellers. For the budget conscious there are Economy Rooms which are a 3 star rating. These are a compact room with small ensuite, modern yet basic and at the rear of the building. For the business, convention and leisure traveller the hotel also features 4 star Standard Rooms.

Breakfast price: A full buffet breakfast is served daily in Federal Restaurant at $25 per person. Additional charges apply for room service breakfast.

Adelaide Central YHA is close to markets, nightlife, shopping and public transport. The property is fully air conditioned with a large self-catering kitchen, dining room, TV room, free linen, free video hire, free tea and coffee, free luggage storage, 24 hour internet access (including wireless) and 24 hour staff and security access.

Breakfast price: Breakfast can be purchased from reception for $5 and is DIY in the self-catering kitchen.

Cancellations received on or after 18 May 2012 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation cancelled.

Early and Late Check-in

Check-in at the above properties is from 2.00pm except for Adelaide Central YHA; check-in is from 1.00pm. Whilst the hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed earlier access to your room, you will need to make your booking from the night before.

You will be required to provide a credit card upon check-in for incidental charges.

Please indicate if you will be arriving at your hotel after 6.00pm. Failure to do so may mean your room will be released.

Change or cancellation of Booking

Due to the nature of group bookings any booking changes or cancellations must be made in writing to sapmea and NOT directly to the hotel.
