Planning is well advanced for the 25th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Epilepsy Society of Australia, to be held in Brisbane, from 2nd –4th November 2011.
As well as the usual platform and poster presentations of new clinical and scientific material, there will be symposia on Investigations and Treatment Options in Epilepsy and Challenges in management of people with epilepsy. In addition to experts from Australia, there will be two international invited speakers participating in the ASM.
We anticipate that the meeting will attract about 200 delegates from around Australia and South East Asia, including trainees, practising neurologists, technologists, scientists, nurses and allied health professionals, providing great opportunity for networking and exchange of information.
As in previous years, the success of the ESA Annual Scientific Meeting has in large part come from the support of our partners in industry, providing sponsorship towards speaker and meeting costs. In due course, the conference organisers will be in contact with you or your representatives to seek your support for the Brisbane meeting.
