Domestic 

Adelaide’s Airport – international and domestic - is located 6 kilometres from the city and the Centre.  The main domestic carriers within Australia are Qantas, Virgin Blue and Jetstar. All have daily flights to Adelaide and their web pages are worth visiting for those looking to secure discounted local air travel.

International air services

Adelaide is easily accessed from international destinations, 5 airlines operate scheduled international flights per week through Adelaide Airport.

British Airways provides international access to Adelaide through code-shared services with Qantas.

Taxis and buses are conveniently located at the arrival area of the airport to the City.  A taxi trip takes approximately 20 minutes depending on the time of the day.

Visa Information

Please note that all travelers to Australia must have a valid visa before boarding their plane. Travelers to Australia cannot apply for a visa on arrival. For many countries, the visa is paperless and added automatically to your air ticket. Check with your travel agent if uncertain or use the following website links.
