Call for Abstracts
Deadline for abstract submission: Extended to 6th January 2012
Proposals are invited for the following:
Oral presentation – please note that there are a limited number of positions available for Oral Presentations
Poster presentation – will be displayed for the duration of the meeting with an allocated time for the presenting author to be available for questions. Posters are to be no larger than 1m x 1m
Please note:
All presenters must be registered for the Conference, and are responsible for registration fees, personal travel and accommodation expenses.
A ‘blind’ selection process will be used. No identifying features such as names of institutions, medical schools, clinics, references or citations may be listed in the title of text of the abstracts. Do not include the names of authors either. The names of authors and their affiliations (institutions) will be submitted online when you submit the abstracts

On-line submission is the only method of receipt of abstracts. If you experience technical difficulties with on-line submission, please email your query to abstracts@sapmea.asn.au. Please submit your abstract no later than Friday 6th January 2012
Confirmation of Receipt of Abstracts
Immediately following submission, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your abstract, including a submission reference number. These details should be used if you wish to edit your abstract up to and no later than the submission deadline Friday 16 December. No changes will be possible after this deadline.
Presentation Format
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide the format of presentation on the basis of time and space available.
