The South Australian Nursing and Midwifery Excellence Awards recognise and celebrate the significant contribution that Nurses and Midwives make to their profession, the health care system and the community.

Where: Adelaide Convention Centre
Cost: $88.00 (includes dinner, drinks and entertainment)
Dress: Formal
Maximum of ten guests per table.

Tickets are available to purchase on line from 15th March 2012 until 5.00pm 19th April 2012.

Tickets are non refundable unless notification of cancellation is received prior to 5.00pm Thursday 19th April. Please send any cancellations in writing to nmea2012@sapmea.asn.au before this date.
