ORTHOPTIC ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

Please note there is no separate registration category for Orthoptic Associate Members of RANZCO. Orthoptic Associate Members who register for the OAA 2010 Scientific Congress, being held concurrently at the Adelaide Convention Centre, will receive reciprocal registration for the RANZCO Congress. Please go to the OAA website – www.orthoptics.org.au – and click on the link to the Adelaide Congress

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment of fees (in full) must accompany all registrations. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following three methods:

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners are all accepted. Please note credit card payments will be listed as a transaction with sapmea on your credit card statement.

3. PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHEQUE

Australian delegates only. Cheques should be made payable to sapmea.

 

CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT

Once your registration has been processed you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Please bring this letter with you to the on-site Registration Desk.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Delegates whose cancellations are received prior to 20 October 2010 will receive a full refund less AUD $110 administration fee. The Organising Committee may consider cancellations, less an administration fee, under exceptional circumstances. Substitute delegates will be accepted in writing
