Accommodation
Rooms have been reserved for SETE 2011 registrants at special conference rates at the Conference venue. Accommodation bookings for the following rates can only be booked through sapmea. To secure your booking you are required to provide full prepayment or credit card details to guarantee the booking, which will be forwarded to the hotel. Availability of accommodation cannot be guaranteed after Wednesday 30th March 2011.
Rates quoted are per room per night for up to 2 people using existing bedding. They include GST and do not include Breakfast.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings cancelled after Wednesday 30th March 2011 will incur a cancellation fee equal to one nights’ accommodation. Cancellations or nights reduced after Friday 15th April 2011 will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking.
CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is from 2pm onwards and check out is 11am. A credit card is required upon arrival for any incidental charges. Please make sure on your day of departure you check-out of your room before coming to the Conference, otherwise you may be charged a late check-out fee by the hotel. All hotels have secure storage facilities for your luggage on your day of departure.
CHANGE OF BOOKING
Any change in a booking or cancellation must be made in writing to sapmea and NOT directly to the hotel.
