ONLINE REGISTRATION

Online registration can be paid by credit card via our secure payment gateway or a tax invoice can be printed and paid by cheque or EFT.
Alternatively you can print the registration form in the registration brochure as a PDF on the website, and fax it to sapmea on +61 8 8274 6000

REGISTRATION FEES

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (inclusive of GST). Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Early bird registration must be paid by 1 April 2011 or an invoice will be issued for the full amount

Payment

Payment of fees in full MUST accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.

The Secretariat accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Australian Cheque
  • Australian Money Order
  • Bank Draft in Australian Dollars

Please make payable to sapmea.

All major credit cards are accepted and will appear as sapmea on your credit card statement. A Tax Invoice will be produced only once the registration form and payment, have been received. Alternatively, retain a copy of the registration form, once submitted with payment, which will act as a valid Tax Invoice for GST purposes.

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Fees paid will be refunded as follows:

Cancellation on or before 1 April 2011 — full payment less administration fee of $100
Cancellation after 1 April 2011 — no refund.

In addition, accommodation cancellations will be refunded in accordance with the accommodation cancellation policy.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the conference, provided the Conference Secretariat is advised in writing. ($20.00 fee will apply).

Registration Acknowledgement

A Tax Invoice will be emailed to the registrant as confirmation of registration.

MEMBER’S RATE:

To be eligible for the member’s rate, you must be a member of SESA, ITEA or INCOSE and provide your membership number when registering.

NON MEMBER’S RATE:
Includes a one-year membership with The Systems Engineering Society of Australia (SESA)

STUDENT RATE:

To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a full time student. Please provide proof of your student status at the Registration Desk.
