Call For Papers
PLEASE NOTE: Abstract Submission has been Extended to Monday 21 November
Please contact the Secretariat for further details on abstract submission
Call for Refereed Papers
Refereed papers are invited for oral and poster presentation relating to all aspects of systems thinking, systems practice, systems engineering, and test and evaluation, particularly those related to the conference theme.
Papers are to be submitted through the abstract portal available via the conference web site (www.sesa.org.au).
Refereed papers will be peer-reviewed and published in accordance with DEEWR requirements for an E1 conference paper. Prizes will be awarded for the best paper and the best student paper.
All presenting authors of refereed papers must register for the conference before the paper is admitted to the conference program.
Abstracts must be written in English. Refereed Paper can be written in Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean but must be presented in English, the official language of the 2012 conference.
Refereed Paper Manuscript Format
Authors submitting refereed papers will be required to use the following manuscript template for their submission.
Following the abstract review process, if accepted, the Conference Secretariat will forward the authors the manuscript template, together with the deadlines for submissions.
Call for Non-refereed Presentations
Non-refereed papers are less formal than refereed papers and are reviewed by the Conference Technical Committee for inclusion in the program, but are not subject to the peer-review process for refereed papers. Presentation format is suitable—there is no need for a formal paper.
Presentations are to be submitted through the abstract portal available via the conference web site.
All presenters of non-refereed presentations must register for the conference before the presentation is admitted to the conference program.
Conference Program and Proceedings
Abstracts of all refereed papers and non-refereed presentations will be published in the conference program. Full papers and presentations will be published in the conference proceedings and provided to all conference participants on CD-ROM. Conference proceedings will also be available for sale.
Call for Tutorials
The conference program incorporates half-day tutorial sessions on Monday 30 April 2012. Expressions of interest are invited from companies or individuals interested in delivering a half-day tutorial on any aspects of systems thinking, systems practice, systems engineering, and test and evaluation, particularly those related to the conference theme.
