Accommodation

Accommodation bookings for the following rates can only be booked through sapro. To secure your booking you are required to provide credit card details or full prepayment of accommodation which will be given to The InterContinental Adelaide.

Rates quoted are per room per night for the number of guests listed using existing bedding. Rates include all taxes. Early Bird Accommodation rates are available until Monday 20th February 2012. All Early Bird bookings must be secured with a credit card or full prepayment by this date to be eligible for the early bird discount. Booking extensions after this date will be at the Standard rates.

Cancellations received between 20 March 2012 – 6 April 2012 will incur a cancellation fee equal to one nights’ accommodation.
Cancellations or nights reduced after 6 April 2012 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation cost.

Early and Late Check-in

Check-in at the InterContinental Adelaide is from 2pm and check-out is by 11am. If you wish to be guaranteed earlier access to your room, you will need to make your booking from the night before.

Please indicate if you will be arriving after 6.00pm. Failure to do so may mean your room will be released.

Change or cancellation of Booking

Due to the nature of group bookings any booking changes or cancellations must be made in writing to sapmea and NOT directly to the InterContinental Adelaide.
