Rooms have been reserved for WEAR registrants at special conference rates at the following properties. Accommodation bookings for the following rates can only be booked through sapmea. To secure your booking you are required to provide full prepayment or credit card details to guarantee the booking, which will be forwarded to the hotel of your choice. Availability of accommodation cannot be guaranteed after Friday 14th January 2011.

Rates quoted are per room per night for up to 2 people using existing bedding. They include GST and do not include Breakfast.

Cancelation Policy
Bookings cancelled after Monday 24th January 2011 will incur a cancelation fee equal to one nights’ accommodation. Cancelations after 7th January 2011 will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking.

Check-in time is from 2pm onwards and check out is 10am
A credit card is required upon arrival for any incidental charges.
Please make sure on your day of departure you check-out of your room before coming to the Conference, otherwise you may be charged a late check-out fee by the hotel. All hotels have secure storage facilities for your luggage on your day of departure.

Change of Booking

Any change in a booking or cancellation must be made in writing to sapmea and NOT directly to the hotel.

Accommodation near Conference Venue

Due to a change in the campus that the conference will be held at, Majestic Roof Garden Hotel is no longer within close walking distance. The conference is being held at the UniSA City West Campus which is located on North Terrace and is approximately a 20-25 minute walk and a 5 minute taxi ride depending on traffic to the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel.
