Exhibition Management

At events that feature exhibitions, sapro can arrange quotes and appoint sub-contractors for the construction of the exhibition space, and produce an exhibition floor plan for committee approval prior to inviting exhibitor registrations. sapro will also project manage bump-in and bump-out, with transport and logistical considerations in check. Once the event commences, sapro will maintain a presence amongst the exhibitors and sponsors so that their day-to-day needs and any maintenance issues are attended to promptly.
