Sponsorship and Exhibition Management

Sponsors and exhibitors often go hand in hand. sapmea has a long history of sourcing and managing sponsors, and nurturing these relationships to assist in the ongoing support of the Convenor.

We work with you to build a relationship with your sponsors that extends beyond the current engagement. We understand from a sponsor’s point of view, that their expectation of return can be more complex than securing a visible booth. It’s also about raising the awareness of their brand, creating opportunities to engage with their target market and presenting them in a professional manner in a professional environment.

At events that feature exhibitions, sapmea can arrange quotes and appoint sub-contractors for the construction of the exhibition space, and produce an exhibition floor plan for committee approval prior to inviting exhibitor registrations. sapmea will also project manage bump-in and bump-out, with transport and logistical considerations in check. Once the event commences, sapmea will maintain a presence amongst the exhibitors and sponsors so that their day-to-day needs and any maintenance issues are attended to promptly.
