Accommodation bookings for the following rates can only be booked through SAPMEA Meetings Management. To secure your booking you are required to provide; full prepayment or credit card details to guarantee the booking, which will be forwarded to the hotel of your choice. Availability of Accommodation cannot be guaranteed after Thursday 20th May 2010.

Rates quoted are per room per night for up to 2 people using existing bedding*. They include GST and do not include Breakfast.

Cancellations and Amendments Policy

Bookings cancelled on or before Thursday 20th May 2010 will be fully refundable. Bookings cancelled or reduced between Thursday 20th May 2010 and Thursday 3rd June 2010 will incur a cancellation fee equal to one nights accommodation. Bookings cancelled or reduced after Thursday 3rd June 2010 will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount due. To amend your booking please contact SAPMEA Meetings Management.

*Whilst the hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate access to you room, you will need to pay an extra day’s tariff for the night before. Please indicate if you will be arriving at your hotel after 6:00pm. Failure to do so might mean your booking is released.
